Account Manager at Play’n GO


This role is designed and customized to attract a person with overall high standards and a heart for customer relations. We are looking to extend our team with an experienced account manager preferably with background in the gaming industry. The position will be based from our office in Manila and will report to Head of Account Management


The duties include the following but not limited to:


  • Responsible for assigned customer accounts.
  • Actively keep clients informed about product developments, i.e. new features, functions, games, languages etc.
  • Regular face to face meeting to inform partners on latest release and discuss business in general.
  • Manage and execute projects of new products, customers or markets.
  • Reliable and responsible with the ability to  answer promptly client needs and queries
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Highly self-motivated, organized and a team player
  • Language: Bi-lingual (English and Chinese Mandarin)
