As Head of Finance you report directly to our Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The responsibility for leading the finance department should be safe in your hands, even on a global scale with distributed teams. You are in the driving seat of our financial results and reports. On top of that: you are game to tackle different financial forecasts, declarations and tax questions.

You have a flexible mindset and always aim for the team’s success. The ability to communicate problems and solutions clearly, would be the cherry on our Hungarian cake.  
Work tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for the accounting for the entire corporate group like; monthly accounts, quarterly accounts and final accounts.
  • Implement group account analysis and UpToDate reporting.
  • Refine and optimize financial processes.
  • Prepare reports to CEO
  • Implement financial KPI’s
  • Create and support business financial analyses, ROI’s for games and markets.
  • Navision master
  • Remove manual processes and work towards a 100% automated department.
  • VAT and TAX accounting
  • Manage both budget and forecast
  • Cash flow statement
  • Financial ratio
  • In charge for the communications to the owners and authorities
  • Is responsible of the contact to the bank and accountant
  • In charge of the overall administration matters.


To be successful in this role, we believe that you:

  • Have 8+ years of experience in Finance, and Audit
  • Have at least 5+ years of People Management experience in a multicultural environment
  • Are confident in accounting knowledge, preferably ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified
  • Confident in Microsoft Navision  
  • Are strategic thinker with an eye for the detail and internationally experienced
  • Experienced in defining business strategy and projects
  • Excellent in English language
  • Have strong stakeholder management skills
  • University or college degree
